Costs & What's Included

A 7 night stay at our cycling retreat includes:

  • En-suite accomodation in our newly renovated 17th century farmhouse as well as use of our own private outdoor pool.
  • Hearty breakfast served each morning to set you up for the day ahead, including; Porridge, muesli, granola, croissants, fresh bread, fruit juice, home made jams and freshly laid eggs from our own hens.
  • Afternoon homemade cakes, tea & coffee.
  • Delicious two course evening meals, with locally produced organic food where possible, served on all but one night. Aperitif, hors d'oeuvres and wine is included with the evening meals.
  • Tea, coffee & fresh fruit available throughout your stay.
  • Option to join our weekly group ride to show you some of the great routes in the local area
  • Cycling itinerary's for all abilities with advice and GPS files for easy route finding.
  • Advice on other local activities - hiking, trail running & wild swimming.
  • Free WiFi available.
  • Midweek laundry service available.
  • Secure bike storage and access to tools and bike washing facilities.
  • Emergency vehicle support if required.

We offer two standard packages:

  • 695 euros per person (based on 2 people sharing). Weekly accommodation package, including all of the above. Ideal for those with their own transport or hiring a car as it excludes airport transfers & van support during the week.
  • 945 euros per person (based on 2 people sharing). Weekly all inclusive package; includes all of the above, airport transfers, transport for bike collection and our supported Ventoux Day
  • Please contact us for costs and more information on supported day trips to ride Ventoux (if not taking the all inclusive package), the Ventoux Cinglés challenge, or further details on running and walking weeks.

Bike Hire

We recommend Albion Cycles in Sault. Transport to collect and drop off bikes is included in our 'all inclusive' price.

Airport Transfers

Meet and greet at Marseille Airport or Aix-en-Provence TGV Station and transfer to Serre Des Ormes. Available on a first come first served basis (Bike transfers are also included).

Other Booking Information:

Our standard week runs from Saturday to Saturday but if you prefer a longer or shorter stay then please don't hesitate to Contact us.

Please note flights and insurance are not included. You will need an EHIC card and adequate travel insurance to cover your chosen activity during your stay with us in France.
